| How do I place an order or quote? |

We have two different options for placing the Orders / Quotes.
Option 1

We would prefer to us website as it has many advantages, you can log in to your own account with your user info as it has many options.

Placing the order via email
You can also send your orders via email at
support@jmdigitizing.com with your logo attached in JPG, TIF, BMP, CDR, AI or PDF format, although JPG is preferred (Other formats are acceptable).

| How long will it take to get my design digitized? |
|
Our standard turn-around time is 6 hours. If you have a rush/ urgent order, please let us know and we will provide you the design done in 4 hours with NO extra charge.

| What's the charge for editing? |
|
Most of the editing is FREE, except adding new part to the original logo we have done or you change your introduction that need us to re-digitize, such as adding lettering, background, and we only charge the stitches for the extra part.

| What format do you offer? |
|

| What payment methods do you accept? |
|
We accept payments with two Methods: You can pay us with any of your Credit Card VISA, Master Card and American Express (An invoice for every paid order will be sent to the customer) OR You can pay by PayPal.

| How do I get my design? |
|
We will send back the completed DST file (or any other format if requested), with the PDF file for the complete details of your design, as well as will send you sew jpg so that you can check quality first before using it. In case of having any problem you can get your files from our website by log into your account.

| Can you do 3D puff / applique? |
|
Yes, we can. All of digitizers here are very experienced in it.
